To help provide a safe environment for the children in our care, including our staff, we have set-up additional procedures to help ensure a clean environment.
Our COVID-19 policies include the following:
+ During drop-off and pick-up parents will be greeted by a teacher at the front entrance and will use an iPad that is sanitized to sign their children in. Unfortunately, and this time we have suspended our parent-welcome breakfast and morning reading programs.
+ All children will have a wellness check conducted during drop-off by staff.
+ All toys are thoroughly sanitized and rotated to ensure cleanliness.
+ When teachers are in close proximity to our students, they are required to wear masks.
+ We conduct random wellness checks on our students with a touchless thermometer.
+ To help our students feel comfortable with wearing masks we do a group lesson each day to practice and help remove some of the fear. We practice putting on our masks and wearing them for a short time. Each child is given a mask that is labeled and kept in their own baggie.
