I need child care, but also worried about Covid-19. What extra safety protocols have you put in-place to help ensure a safe environment?"To help provide a safe environment for the children in our care, including our staff, we have set-up additional procedures to help ensure a clean environment. Our COVID-19 policies include the following: + During drop-off and pick-up parents will be greeted by a teacher at the front entrance and will use an iPad that is sanitized to sign their children in. Unfortunately, and this time we have suspended our parent-welcome breakfast and morning reading programs. + All children will have a wellness check conducted during drop-off by staff. + All toys are thoroughly sanitized and rotated to ensure cleanliness. + When teachers are in close proximity to our students, they are required to wear masks. + We conduct random wellness checks on our students with a touchless thermometer. + To help our students feel comfortable with wearing masks we do a group lesson each day to practice and help remove some of the fear. We practice putting on our masks and wearing them for a short time. Each child is given a mask that is labeled and kept in their own baggie. Your child's health is our upmost concern! We appreciate your understanding to our new policies. Should you have any questions, please reach out to us.
